The short version

LearnOfficially keeps your learning progress in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

What is stored, and where

• Progress and your code: saved in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it. We never receive it.
• If you sign in: you sign in on WorkOfficially. WorkOfficially sends this site your name and email address, which are kept in your browser so we can greet you. We do not store them on a server. The sign-in token is thrown away straight after. WorkOfficially's own privacy policy covers your WorkOfficially account.
• Under-18s: we do not collect personal details from anyone under 18.

Services that see your visit

• Our web server keeps standard technical logs (address, page, time) for security, for a short period.
• Python in the browser: the Python lessons load the Pyodide engine from the jsDelivr network the first time you press Run. jsDelivr sees that request.
• WorkOfficially, when you choose to sign in.
